Block Moulds

The product obtained as a result of mixing materials such as gravel, crushed stone, sand, cement, water is poured into moulds and compressed by pressing, is called a concrete block. There are two types of briquettes: concrete and Bims. Concrete blocks are heavier than the bims type of blocks. Bims blocks are distinguished by their lightness, in the manufacturing process of which a mixture of pumice, water and cement is used, the raw materials of which are found in nature. Both products are produced using a concrete block making machine. A necessary component in obtaining the product is a mould, which must be attached to the concrete block making machine. The mould consists of two types: a full-bodied and a hollow mould.

Materials such as st52 and Hardox, which are resistant to cold weather and pressure, are used in the production of the mould for the block. CONMACH; produces moulds with a high strength index. The thickness of the pressing mould for the block is from 15 mm to 20 mm. A mould for blocks made with a guarantee of our company. The material from 10 mm to 12 mm was used in the partitions of the mould. The outer sides of the mould, processed on laser machines, are of ST52 and Hardox quality. Again, the mould for the blocks is processed on CNC machines. With the delivery of the material to the factory, the production of moulds begins.
