Beton bordür taşları kum, çakıl, su bileşenlerinin kombine edilmesi ile betondan yapılır. Bordür taşlarının üretimi için teknolojik bir makineye ihtiyaç vardır. Briket Makinesi bordür taşı üretiminde tercihen kullanılır. Makine bordür üretimi için bir kalıba gereksinim duyar. Bu makineler kalıp değişimi ile briket, parke taşı ve bordür taşlarının üretimini yapabilmektedir. Beton Bordür Kalıbı makineye monte edilerek bordür taşı üretimi gerçekleştirilir.

Autocad ve Solidworks programlarında gerçekleştirilen kalıp tasarımı sonrasında imalata başlamak için kalıp parçaları Cnc Lazer kesim ve Cnc plazma kesim makinelerinde işlenerek CNC Abkant bölümüne sevk edilir. Burada büküm işleminin sonuçlanması ile sac metal parçaların montajına başlanır. Teknik resim kurallarına uygun olarak monte edilen parçalarda gazaltı kaynağı kullanılır. Parçaların birleştirilmesinden sonra CNC borwek ile yüzey temizlemesi yapılan beton blok kalıp çalışması tamamlanarak müşteriye nakliye edilir.

1993 yılından beri beton blok makinesi, beton blok kalıbı, parke taşı kalıbı ve beton bordur kalıplarının imalat ve ihracatını yapıyoruz. Bugün dört kıtada 4O ülkede beton blok makineleri, beton blok kalıpları aktif olarak üretime devam etmektedir. İmalatta ısıl işlemle aşınmaya karşı daha dirençli olan çelik kullanımını tercih ediyoruz. Nakliye öncesi ürünlerimizin tutarlılığını ve dayanıklılığını test ediyoruz.

Çeşitli geometrik ölçülerde hassas üretim yapmak için CNC tezgâhlarında işlenerek monte edilen ve beton blok makinesine bağlanarak kullanılan blok kalıp çeşitlerindendir. Standartlara uygun mukavemet değerine sahiptir.

Çok yönlü ve kolay bir yapı malzemesi olan beton bloklar Yangın ve sel gibi doğal afetlere karşı dirençlidirler. İstiflenmesi kolay olan blokların dış yüzeyleri farklı şekillerde tasarlanmaktadır. Isı yalıtım özelliği yüksek olan blok kalıplar yaz mevsiminde sıcaklığı kışın ise soğukluğu muhafaza eder. Uzun kullanım ömrüne uygun olan beton blok kalıpları düşük maliyetleri ve yüksek performansları ile tercih edilir.

Bahçe bordür, Park bordür, Yol bordür, Otoyol bordür, Kenar bordür, Bariyer bordür, Kaldırım Oluğu ve Kontur bordür gibi kalıp modellerimiz mevcuttur.

Beton blok kalıp siparişi öncesi ihtiyacınız olan kalıbı belirlemeniz gerekir. Bunun için dış ölçüler, kalınlıklar ve yükseklikler dikkate alınmalıdır. Örneğin 20X50 ölçülerinde sekiz delikli bir kalıp istiyorsanız iç boşluğunu, kenar et kalınlığını, ara duvarların et kalınlıklarını ve yüksekliği belirlenmelidir.

Çakıl, Mıcır, Kum, gibi agregaların çimento ve su ile karıştırılarak kalıplara boşaltılması ve burada preslenerek sıkıştırılması sonucu elde edilen ürüne beton blok kalıbı denir.

Müşteri tarafından firmamıza iletilen standartlara göre beton blok kalıpları tasarlanır. Ülke standartlarına göre tasarımlar değişiklik gösterir. Genel olarak tasarım çeşitliliği ölçüleri ile 25’lik (25x20x40) 20’lik (20x20x40) 15’lik (15x20x40) ve 10’luk (10x20x40) gibi özelliğe sahiptir. (Burada ölçüler cm cinsinden gösterilmiştir). Beton Briket Makinesi yoğun olarak inşaat sektöründe kullanılır. Beton Briket sıva ile yapıştırılarak istenilen sonuca ulaşılır. Beton Briket kullanım alanları bahçe, depo, tarım ve hayvancılık yapılarıdır.
