After the mould design made in Autocad and Solidworks programs, the mould parts are processed in Cnc Laser cutting and Cnc plasma cutting machines and sent to the CNC Press bending department to start manufacturing. Here, with the conclusion of the bending process, the assembly of sheet metal parts begins. Gas metal arc welding is used in the parts assembled in accordance with the technical drawing rules. After the parts are assembled, the concrete block mold work, whose surface is cleaned with CNC borwek, is completed and shipped to the customer.

The production of cobblestone with the Paving Stone Mould is as follows. Aggregates are stored according to cement, water and paint types. The determined ratios are combined with the mixer. When the materials reach the consistency of the mortar, they are transferred to the machine bunker with a conveyor belt. With the command of the machine operator performing the production, the mortar in the bunker bucket is emptied into the mortar trolley. With the back and forth movement of the mortar car, the mortar is poured into the paving stone mould. With the completion of the vibration process, concrete paving stone emerges.
