How to Use Road Concrete Kerb Mould.

These moulds are made of wear and friction resistant sheet metals and are used by connecting to a cobblestone machine or concrete block making machine. Concrete kerbstone mould is used for purposes such as determining road boundaries, regulating the transition between the road and the pavement, controlling rainwater flow, and using it in park, garden and landscaping arrangements. It is also used for separating refuge and dividing lanes, for use on wide roads and for regulating pedestrian and vehicle traffic in airports and terminals.

For the production of moulds, the dimensions and shape of the curbstone are first determined, then mould parts are prepared and assembled from wear and friction resistant materials. The mould is mounted on a cobblestone machine or concrete block making machine for the production of concrete kerbstones. During the mass production process, the mould is regularly maintained and cleaned.
